Terms of service
These terms cover your use of WhiteGap, run by WhiteGap. By using the app you agree to them.
Your account
You need an email address you control. Keep access to it: sign-in codes are sent there. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Your ideas are yours
You keep all rights to what you log. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending ideas you validate to our AI provider.
AI validation is guidance, not advice
Market scores, competitor lists and recommendations are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them alone for business, financial or legal decisions.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit how often you can validate, and suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Availability
We work to keep WhiteGap running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Ideas you log offline stay on your device until they sync. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice before shutting the service down so you can get a copy of your data.
Liability
WhiteGap is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on validation results.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the app or on the web.
